The Works comprise the demolition and removal of the existing obsolete wastewater treatment plant structures and equipment, the design, construction and commissioning of a new wastewater treatment plant, as well as training, support and technical advisory services to the Employer’s personnel for the operation, maintenance and management of the plant for one year.
